Well, I’m back… and I apologize for being away for so long. It has been incredibly busy here at Cartoon Succotash headquarters. Plus all the problems from my G5 Mac dying on me and the fact that my new iMAC featuring the Lion System has made my $2,5000 oversized scanner obsolete!!!

Here are a few cards I recently dug up. They show a couple different techniques that I normally don’t employ. The first is a Birthday/Valentine card done with color linework. The chareaters are a bit looser on this one. It’s painted using an airbrush and gouache linework. The second one is a scratchboard line technique.

Sorry for the lack of posts, loyal readers. The offices here at Cartoon Succotash are on the move! Everything is in boxes and ready for our new location.
